From old family records of the Overhiser family. Located on the family farm which was bought in 1817 by their son John Casper Overhiser. Stones long since have vanished.

OVERHISER, Conrad , Spouse of  Mary , Born  4/29/1754 , Died  7/13/1840 , Rev. War Veteran & War of 1812. Born in Hillsdale, Columbia Co, NY, died at home of son John Casper. Lived in Otego, Otsego Co, NY before coming to Wheeler about 1832.
OVERHISER, Mary , Spouse of Conrad , Born  1/1/1757 , Died  4/13/1843 , Died at home of John Casper Overhiser in Wheeler and buried beside her husband on the family farm in Wheeler. She was previously of Chittenango, Onondaga Co, NY

        Son John Casper had a family of 21 children, 3 by his first wife and 18 by second wife Ruth French. The family was raised in a log cabin in Wheeler.
