Cornplanters Cemetery
(on Pennsylvania New York border)

The original cemetery was
located on the Kinzua River between Corydon,
PA, to
the west, and Kinzua, PA to the east.
It was flooded by the Allegheny Reservoir when Kinzua Dam
was built in 1964.The map of
the graves and names
of the original cemetery were given
to me by George Plesko, retiree Corps of Engineers (Real Estate
Division) in Pittsburgh.
New Cornplanter Cemetery
is in
Corydon PA.
Burials taken to new cemetery each have a number on the stone. (See
